Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
This includes hand-packing your items, prepping shipping labels, and making sure everything is ready for a smooth delivery.
Processing time does not include transit time.
🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate: $6.99
- Free Shipping: Orders $50+
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier speed.
🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada
We’re excited to now offer shipping to our Canadian customers!
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate: $15.00
- Free Shipping: Orders $75+
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Canada delivery: 3–5 business days (after processing)
- Delays may occur during customs review or peak holiday seasons.
Duties & Import Fees (DDU)
All Canadian orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your shipping cost.
- These charges may be assessed by Canada Border Services and are the responsibility of the customer, payable upon delivery.
We recommend checking your country’s duty rules if you’d like an estimate before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If something goes wrong during shipping, we'll do everything we can to help!
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days with photos of:
- the shipping box
- all packaging
- the damaged item(s)

Once received, we'll review and arrange a replacement or find an appropriate solution.
Lost, Missing or Stolen Orders
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found, please start by checking:
- double-checking your mailbox, porch, or any alternate delivery spots.
- neighbors or building management
- your local post office or carrier
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early.
If your package still isn’t located after 48 hours, contact us and we'll assist you in taking next steps with the carrier.
Please note: replacements for lost or stolen packages are handled on a case-by case basis.
Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
