Received a damaged item?
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to receive an exchange or refund. Any emails received after the 7 day mark will not be eligible.
Please include a picture of the damaged/defective item, and, if possible, include an image of the shipping box. Once your item is approved, an exchange or refund will be processed. You have 14 days from receiving the item to send back your original purchase. Once the original item is received, a refund or exchange will be issued.
*Exchanges will only be made for the same item/scent/size originally purchased.
